Dayna Hanson

Hi, I’m Dayna, the Operations Manager at Essential Health! I am passionate about educating others on low-tox living and guiding them toward a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

Originally from Southwest Minnesota, I earned my Business Management degree from St. Cloud Technical and Community College. My journey then took me to Dallas, Texas, where I became a licensed Massage Therapist. While living in Texas, I embraced the importance of fueling my body with organic, nutrient-dense whole foods to support my active lifestyle and daily workouts. This realization sparked my belief that true health comes from within, and I began prioritizing what I put in, on, and around my body. I became dedicated to reading labels, choosing low-tox personal care and household products, and avoiding harmful endocrine disruptors and carcinogens.

After experiencing two miscarriages, I faced significant health challenges, including chronic fatigue and diminished energy. My journey with functional medicine began with lab testing, revealing chronic adrenal fatigue, low hormone levels, and a sluggish liver. Years of chronic stress had pushed my body into survival mode, highlighting the critical role of stress management and self-care in achieving optimal health.

This experience deepened my understanding of the body’s incredible ability to heal itself when provided with the right environment and freed from interference. I am passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of integrated health and low-tox living, empowering them to unlock their full potential.
